Privilege escalation

Currently, the following denial of service techniques are discussed in this wiki:

• Factory defaults – Resetting the device to bypass protection mechanisms set by the user
• Accounting bypass – Breaking accounting and authentication in print servers (free copies!)
• Fax and Scanner – Extending the attackers capabilities, e.g. to access phone lines via MFPs
