Currently, the following privilege escalation techniques are discussed in this wiki:
- Factory defaults – Resetting the device to bypass protection mechanisms set by the user
- Accounting bypass – Breaking accounting and authentication in print servers (free copies!)
- Fax and Scanner – Extending the attackers capabilities, e.g. to access phone lines via MFPs
